Meet Kelsey Bass
MAS-MFT, LMFT
Welcome! I’m Kelsey, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Licensed in Arizona, Nevada, and Utah, I am passionate about helping those navigate life's challenges and find healing. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, or relational difficulties, I’m here to support you on your journey toward growth and well-being.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, providing a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, build resilience, and develop coping strategies. I’ve been working with teens for nearly 10 years and have been providing therapy since 2018, after earning my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University. To ensure I offer the highest quality of care, I continuously engage in professional development, receiving additional training in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including
EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy)
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
IFS (Internal Family Systems)
I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual, and I customize my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of every client.
I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating. Many people worry about opening up to someone new or fear being judged for their experiences. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel safe to express yourself. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and emotions, and I’ll guide you through a process of healing, self-discovery, and growth at your own pace.
Outside of the therapy office, I love spending time outdoors with my husband and our two dogs, Skyyler & Rhaenyra. We all love exploring the beautiful trails of the Superstition Mountains. On the drive home from the office, you can catch me listening to the Crime Junkie podcast or Taylor Swift!
